These Settings have to be Check.

Add Three Custom Settings for CP

1.  PRINTCPRECEIPTONPOS -  TRUE

A value of TRUE allows the POS system to manage voucher printing for you. Additional configuration is required. If this custom setting is FALSE or missing, the POS will not print vouchers and guest checks properly.

2.  APSMIGRATECONMANSSETTINGSONSTARTUP - TRUE

A value of TRUE enables APS to pull down the current configuration from ServerEPS on every startup. If ServerEPS is unreachable, or the current company or store is not found, it makes no changes.

3.  USECPINTERCEPT - TRUE

A value of TRUE starts the communication between the POS and APS through the new faster COM interface. You will still see REQ / ANS files for gift card transactions that are processed through EDC. The default value if it is not present in the Aloha.ini is False.

Run a Refresh Data Under Utilities, POS, Refresh (POS) and All Installed Products.

To install and configure Aloha Payment Solutions on the BOH site controller:

1. On the BOH site controller, navigate to the location d:\Staging\CP_19.4\AlohaConnectedPaymentsSetup.exe from Aloha Update.

Installing PIN Pad Device Drivers

To install Verifone drivers:

1. Verify Com Port 15 does not appear in the list in Windows Device Manager, indicating it is it is available for use.

2. Attach the pin pad to the MX or VX device.

3. Open a command prompt using Command Center.

4. From the command prompt, run the command that corresponds with the operating system on the FOH terminal: MSIEXEC /qn /i

C:\VerifoneUnifiedDriverInstaller64.msi PORT=15 SINGLE_DEVICE_SYSTEM=1 MSIEXEC /qn /i

C:\VerifoneUnifiedDriverInstaller32.msi PORT=15 SINGLE_DEVICE_SYSTEM=1

This command assumes you transferred the installer to your root directory ‘C:\,’ that you named it ‘VerifoneUnifiedDriverInstaller64.msi’ or ‘VerifoneUnifiedDriverInstaller32.msi,’ and
